Overview
Pepsi Logistics Company (PLCI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PepsiCo that operates as both an asset-based carrier and a full-service freight brokerage. Based in Plano, Texas, the company serves PepsiCo's internal brands — including Quaker Oats, Gatorade, Frito-Lay, and Pepsi Bottling — while also providing third-party logistics services to external enterprise customers across North America. PLCI executes over 400,000 shipments annually and ranks among the top 100 logistics companies in the region.
PLCI offers dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, LTL, intermodal, port drayage, parcel, and dedicated contract carriage services. The company also handles cross-border freight between the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Its hybrid model combines a private fleet with brokerage capacity, giving shippers access to both asset-based reliability and flexible carrier sourcing.
Shippers in the CPG, food and beverage, and consumer goods sectors commonly use PLCI for high-volume truckload and temperature-controlled shipments to distribution centers and retail locations across North America.
