Extensiv WMS

Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager is a cloud-based warehouse management system built specifically for third-party logistics warehouses. It is widely used by 3PLs that manage multi-client operations across ecommerce, retail, and omnichannel fulfillment. The platform handles day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, inventory tracking, picking, packing, and shipping — serving as the operational backbone for more than 1,500 3PL facilities.

For outbound logistics, Extensiv supports multiple pick methods including zone, wave, and batch picking, with system-generated pick lists optimized for speed and accuracy. Inventory visibility is granular — down to the pallet, case, and unit level — across pick, reserve, returns, and on-hold zones. The system automatically allocates available inventory to orders upon import and supports directed putaway based on configurable rules. It also integrates with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento to sync orders and inventory in real time.

Logistics teams commonly rely on Extensiv for real-time inventory counts, order fulfillment status, SKU-level tracking (including serial numbers, expiration dates, and lot data), and outbound shipment documentation. The platform also provides reporting and analytics on productivity and fulfillment KPIs, giving downstream logistics operations the data needed to coordinate timing, capacity, and delivery commitments.
