ColdTrack is a temperature-controlled fulfillment operation focused on perishable direct-to-consumer and direct-to-business e-commerce. ColdTrack Live manages order-level logic upstream of warehouse execution, including facility assignment, cartonization, and automated weather-based coolant quantity adjustments for each order. The warehouse floor runs on a separate WMS that drives pick-and-pack accuracy, lot tracking, and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management. ColdTrack Live also generates packing slips and shipping labels and provides a real-time dashboard with queued fulfillment orders and shipment tracking events.

Logistics teams rely on ColdTrack's systems for outbound order status, inventory accuracy data, lot-level traceability, and fulfillment performance metrics including pack accuracy and shipping deadline adherence. The platform provides API access for pushing and pulling data and supports direct integrations with e-commerce shopping carts.
