Overview

Cin7 is a cloud-based inventory and order management platform designed for product-based businesses — particularly retailers, wholesalers, and light manufacturers. It serves as a centralized operational system for small to mid-sized companies that sell across multiple channels, including e-commerce marketplaces, wholesale, and brick-and-mortar retail. Cin7 is offered in two versions — Core and Omni — each tailored to different levels of operational complexity.

It also includes demand forecasting, bill of materials support for light manufacturing and assembly, and built-in EDI for working with major retailers.
